Shipping Methods Guide
SYS NETWORK ships orders by international couriers, including DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS, TNT and Aramex (mainly for Africa and Middle East).
If you have your own shipping account or forwarder, we can use it.
1. How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order.
2. How long will it take to my area?
Two parts of delivery time: the Processing Time & the Actual Shipping Time.
The Processing Time is the time of gathering up all the items and packaging.
The Actual Shipping Time depends on the locations of shipping. You can check the following table to make sure the delivery time to your area.
Notes: If you ship goods by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, UPS, Aramex, etc., they are door to door service. If your order items total weight is less than 45 kilograms, youd better choose Express, because its fast & convenient.
If you ship orders by Air Cargo, its door to airport service. If the total weight of your order items is more than 45 kilograms, youd better choose AIR Cargo, for it can save your cost of shipping.

Shipping by international couriers can be tracked online. Once your goods are sent out, we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery any time you want.
You also can add Shipping Insurance for your order, it will protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments.
1. How much tax do I need to pay?
Please note that all import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
SYS Network will accept no responsibility for customs costs incurred. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country.
Obviously you will want this to be as low as possible, but we cant give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. You must ensure you find out about regulations in your own country before ordering from SYS Network.
In most countries the actual origin of the goods (Hongkong) is not important, only the declared value of the goods and declared contents is relevant.
Let us know if you have any special packing or labeling instructions when placing your order.
2. Customs Clearance Issues
All imported merchandises are subject to Customs clearance in every country. When you place an order, we will fulfill your order. But you had better to find out the clearance requirements in advance apply in that country, including taxes and policies, etc.
With over 7 years’ experience, we can confirm that over 99.9% of shipments from SYS Network are no issue about Customs clearance. Even if there is a case due to delay in Customs, the merchandises also are released and delivered successfully. Because the clearance is handled professionally by the shipping company and SYS Network is an experienced provider with correct shipping documentation and compliant products and packaging.
It is known that all imported merchandises will pass through Customs, and the Customs have the right to hold and inspect your merchandise according to their policies.
In the Case Of a Customs Hold:
SYS Network will contact you to discuss the issue openly. You will typically be required to communicate directly with your countrys Customs, or contact them via your courier company. If additional documents are required, SYS Network will do our best to provide the documents to you and support the merchandise clearance.
Before returning goods, please contact us to tell the issues you are having. Most of problems we are able to sort out by providing the technical support and you needn’t send your products back.
If there are irremediable defects happening to the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty. You can contact us directly, and we will offer you a return code and our return address, along with additional important instructions.
Please do not do returning without our directions. You should contact us before returning, we will guide you the steps, including the shipping ways.
